Thats just Strokes from light away, headlight with airbrush made more bright and to around less light. Or sometimes just do a point with airbrush and zoom it on another layer bigger... this in blue, light blue and white colors. Its not difficult, can learn it fast. But anyway thank u! Appreciate it!
