The tips arent dyed red yet, but I think I'll try using a red blow pen on them... that is if I can find it. If not I may resort to acrylics or sharpies. <3These wings I think, look amazing. They were cut out of a single sheet of craft foam(white) and then had layers of white feathers hot glued ontop, with the two large feathers at the tips. The wings dont have their wires yet so they're all floppy(hence why they're laid down and not worn), the large feathers though, added amazing curve to the wings, very realistic.

They look so real...I adore them ^^ I plan to go to anime expo this coming summer in '08 as Princess Ai, though I don't know how i'm going to manage to create such spectacular wings like those for my costume..I might just get working on them now lol XD hehe

They really arent too hard. Craft foam, feathers(down and long ones), wire clothes hangers, duct tapes both black and white, and then a hot glue guns.

yea, but when you have overprotective parents who hate to let you do crafts that aren't for school, it gets pretty hard and difficult.

looks nice. just be warned with the feathers being glued on by a hot glue gun you might end up with random feathers falling off. good luck in making them look like princess ai's wings =^-^=
