The stains on the skin being brown instead of pink and round instead of strips makes them look like cutaneous eruptions, which looks zergish/undead. If I had to guess, I would say it's some kind of cute zerg unit instead of puck :/

I am gonna agree with you. When I looked at the template I thought it was queen of pain rather then puck.
