Excellent shading on her legs. It nicely captures the impression of dimension.
Sorry about your Dad.

Stay out of the hospital, Fly!
Thanks for your interpretation of Sweeping Shadow, or Surucucu as she is also known.
Spending time in the world of the living is difficult for her since she was cursed to only regain her strength in the Underworld, but I am sure she cherishes the sensuality of Creation.

Her skin feels veryyy satiny, and I like it, but the satin feels too stressed and sharp.

What a beautiful illustration!!! I think I agree with DemonofSaralia on the background. It works compositionally, however the background is competing with the Figure/Tree a bit. I am very happy to hear that your father is well. That would make Christmas very intense, to fear that you may lose a loved one. I am also glad that you feel better.

I would say the clouds look nice, but I'm not sure if that's a photo in the background. There shouldn't be a highlight right as the shade starts, makes it look like her thigh is flat then sticks out where the highlight is and then sharply goes under/back where the shade is instead of her thigh looking like it's a mostly even round curve, the way thighs tend to be. Nice detail on the tree/vines, mind providing some insight into how you did that? I'm just curious.

It's good to be on good terms with nature... seems she's got a schematic or something on her belt...

Sweeping Shadow is a powerful necromancer that uses her abilities to, among other things, reclaim power from the First Age, a time of great sophisticated blending of magic and technology that was lost when that civilization collapsed.
Most things that are destroyed or buried with the dead end up with Underworld versions of them in the world of Exalted.

Huh, I would not have pegged her as a necromancer...
