It's from the comedy 'Orgazmo' (1997) by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. I haven't yet seen the movie but am planning to do so somewhere in the future. This scene just popped from the internet one day and I found it so hilarious, especially when Stone's character Dave the Lighting Guy makes a funny face after proclaiming his opinion about the aforementioned mythical beings.
