I love the contrast of the stillness of the fallen bike vs the hints of the people flitting by.
To me it brings to mind the sad stories you hear where someone collapses in the street, obviously taken ill, but ignored by those passing by too busy to 'get involved'.

I think it's awesome how you've managed to capture motion and movement through the longer exposure. The people passing by contrast with the pole and bike in a profound way, although it would have had more depth if there were more people... still, you couldn't do anything about that.
I like how the black and white contrast seems to accentuate the bike and the pole out even more, as the road itself is grey, whereas the bike is white and the pole black.
I'm not sure about the framing, though. Part of me feels that it could be more balanced.. and another part of me feels that you could cut the unnecessary spaces and just leave it as a square, like.
Not bad, either way.

i agree with your thoughts about the framing. that was a doubt i had. but, well, this one makes part of a project of six other photos already submited, all with this kind of frame.
