It is, a watercolour wash base and then 4B graphite work overlaid, as inspired by the end credits of THE RETURN OF THE KING!!

Never got that far, my bum got far too numb in the first one!
I know I'm in a minority, but I couldn't get on with the film. The pacing is all wrong, too much like a book. I know, I'm wrong, but it just didn't grab me. Shame, 'cos I do like the books.

Well, the pacing has got far, far worse with The Hobbit "trilogy"! My attention just perked up at the end with the arrival of some genuinely creditable illustration!!

As you'd expect from Peter Jackson there are some amazing visuals in there but the plot rambles woefully - a 30 minute scene with Bilbo Baggins and a horde of dwarves in his house doth not a great movie make!

He doesn't disappoint - the chance of seeing the Seventh Doc being ferried around by a pack of mangy looking rabbits shouldn't be passed up!
