Description Hey everyone... this is a speed paint I did just now (right before bed), I did it in just under 50 minutes. I'm proud of it since I'm only JUST starting to actually paint. No line art or anything.. just splotch's of colour, blocking shit in, and forming things. Cool.

Thanks a lot I appreciate the comment. I'm not very experienced with digital painting techniques in general and less so with landscapes, so I just tried to make it as interesting as possible . I'm glad you cared to comment!

Aww, no problem! Well, again I think you did a great job! You can only get better and you are off to a great start! The colors helped bring everything to life. I think that was my favorite part and I do have a thing for the Lock Ness.

Improvements could be done. However, as a life-long crypto-fan, Nessie is very near and dear to my heart. She (He?) was the very first cryptid I learned about.

I'm glad somebody likes it, haha. It was just a practice piece more or less, so I wasn't expecting it to even come out as a fully finished picture ^_^;. My painting isn't good yet but its improving quickly, this is only my... fourth? attempt at painting a background/landscape.

I'm noticing a lot of areas where I could improve on this image... but it was just a speed painting to help me relax before bed... so I'll just do my bed to nail them in tomorrows painting >=o. Improve each time!
