this is really nice for a first attempt!
just something to add to the ~chrisco20...try adding shading to your windows, cause now they don't look "3D" enough
i see you did the shading for the door, just reverse it on the windows (replace white with black, and black with white) and it'll look inverted 
the colour on the top roof seems a bit too strong...so i think if you used a lighter grey it'll look better...right now it looks too similar to the door colours so doesn't add enough depth to the picture
keep doing pixel art!! it takes a lot of patience and practice but you'll soooo accomplished once you finish a piece!!

The highlight white colour is too bright, it should be slightly lighter than your lightest side colour.
The over-hanging bit that's pointing towards user should have a black line running on the edge like a V. That's basical pixel art.
Also it's a good idea to copy parts from pictures, like your windows dont look real and none of it really looks like it exists.
