Finally remembered to put up this picture, lol. I had it on my phone for a while and e-mailed it to myself but left it on my desktop....Either way, this is a commission for ! After I made her Foo Foo Cuddlypoops, she asked if I could make an Appa hoodie!
This sucker took a lot of planning, considering he has six arms. The extra pair on my Gabumon hoodie weren't difficult to figure out, but with so many extra appendages I was worried that the hoodie would get dragged down by the weight. The other thing I had to think about for a while was the hood, considering that Appa has such a huge head. I finally decided to make a small hood, sew an XL hood on top of it and put stuffing in the extra space. All of the arms hook together close to the wrist by hook and eye, as well. All of the brown stripes and arrow were hand stitched after the base of the hoodie was made.

Depending on the style that you want, Momo would be around 70 while Appa is roughly 100 since it requires much more material and time xD I am not currently taking commissions since school started up again and I'm working on designing the costumes for our fall production, but I'll open up again some time in November if you're interested.

Aww, thank you~ It's not too bad once they're all hooked together since they naturally want to curl around you. When they're not attached to each other, it's a little trickier.... however, if you spun in a circle with the arms unclipped, you could probably take out a small child, lol

Lol!!! Are they removable? Id like to wear the hoodie to work and stuff and it seems bulky? If they're not i might do some adjusting, i dont want you to have to do more work, you've already done so much im overly impressed @__@

Hmm, I might be able to put some Velcro on the sides so that the extra arms are removable.... Lemme think about that xD I'm sure I can think of something better than Velcro

Aww, I'm glad you like it! I'm sure you'll like it more when you can actually wear it xDD Just don't wear it forever or you'll get heat stroke! It'll certainly make a great parka in the winter, lol
