Because someone unable to appreciate Sarah’s stunning appeal is, of course, suspicious.Who could be knocking at Mr. Phantom of the Opera’s door at this hour?
The third panel was worth the whole two pages. But don’t worry Dracula fans, he will have his vengeance.
(Jareth vs Dracula, both being dionysian archetypes, is a juicy topic). By the way, anyone else thinks that Jareth’s whip is seriously neglected by the fandom?

Which actor was your inspiration for the character Dracula? There have been so many representations!

That's a juicy question to me because I'm trying to honor (if the time works on my side) the most of my Dracula references possible. For example, at the firsts pages I took his clothing from Lugosi’s version of the character but the long nails are from Nosferatu; yet, his face structure, hair and (temporal) facial hair has a bit more in common with the historical Vlad Teppes. I also keep in mind Christopher Lee, the Count (from Sesame Street XD ) and… the fact that Gerard Butler played Dracula himself at ‘Dracula 2001’.
There's a couple more but I'm sticking myself mostly to the book, to the historical Vlad aaand to Coppola’s movie (aas it's made obvious in the revamp).

I'm not sure what's the term for it in English, but royalty and high nobility (of may kinds) used to refer to themselves in plural in a way of showing rank (it comes, originally, from the idea of them not being personally responsible of greatness they held and to keep the thought of the responsibility the held because of it),
