I feel so slow... only just found this!
(And now my mind is trying to recast Arsenic and Old Lace with Frankenstein wedged into that crazy family)

He actually is really cute. AW!
Okay, so just so's I got this straight:
Roommates and GND peeps are still rooming with their respective roommates, and now we have Dracula living with Frankenstein, and Mina Harker hangin' with Mrs. Lovett. Got it, good.

Thank you!
Well, he's the original material after all, while Frodorick is denial first and a copycat later.

That's lovely to draw.
But it's all Mr. Branagh's merit.

One more for not loving the loop-- I really liked the comic once I figured out how to read it, though!
I think the main trouble is that the sequence goes like this (pardon the underscores, I can't make plain old spaces work):
1 2 3
____4
7 6 5
8 9 10
____11
___12
_____13
If it had gone more like:
1 2 3
____4
___5
__6
7 8 9 10
__11
___12
_____13
It would have made the flow more natural. It's easier to understand that 'higher comes first' than to follow the loop of 'now read right-to-left, then left-to-right.'
Other than getting a bit dizzy, I'm really looking forward to seeing more of what you do! You've got some interesting additions to the cast to work with, and your writing is solid-- loved the Young Frankenstein joke, too.

(Sorry for the late answer)
Well, that's the thing about experiments… you don't always get them perfect Yet, I'm getting really good feedback on it, so I consider that a success (perception experiments are interesting). Thank you!
Your idea is good, but the slight diagonal 4-5-6 would make it a bit unstable (the 11 - 12 actual ones do that and it bothers me). Also, I'm thinking, the denser part of the composition would have moved a lot to the right that way, ending up in page more vertical-orientated while I'm trying to find a way for working with the boustrophedon on horizontal and compact compositions (maybe there's no way for me but I guess it’s worth trying).
I guess that your diagram would work really well on a page that include a really big drawing/panel among other normal sized ones, on which the speech bubbles are determinant to get the order.
In any case, thanks for sharing your thoughts, I’ll keep that in mind.
