As part of the Heroverse, After Frieza realize that the blood belonged to a Saiyan named Broly, He also realized that Broly was a Saiyan with one of the Legendary Super Saiyan transformations which is the green hair form. Cranberry then suggested an idea to Frieza about using the blood to clone Broly and create a new Super Saiyan soldier for the Frieza army as he shows him a cloning chamber with clone seeds that require blood from a living thing, Frieza started to become interested by the idea as He would use this Broly clone and his power to wipe out Goku, Vegeta, Pikkon and their allies once and for all. And so Project: Bio Broly shall process within 10 days.
