Description This was taken in Cherrard Illinois.
A town of only 902 people.

This is a little anti-bush because it portrays lowerclass economy, and obviously the title helps you understand.

This has a very aged feel to it. I dont know if it's just my eyes, but it seems like the entire structure is leaning a little bit to the left.
The one thing that seems to be distracting me however, is that there are parts of the image... where if the depth of field were real/accurate would be blurred differently, or not at all.

i blurred the entire image save the house to have the viewer focus on the house itself and to make it seem more rigid.

so if your saying the image is blurry, i made it that way on purpose.

Yes, I am saying the image is blurry... but in a way that makes it obvious. For example there are bits of the trees on the right, right next to the barn that are not blurred at all, and in the sky, I can (at least, I think I can) can out the pattern you made with the blur tool.
I'm not very skilled with photoshop, and I dont really know how good you are either... but I can suggest a few ways that might make the blurring less apparent, if you're interested.

Yeah, that's big area I'm talking about. Here are my thought on how you could get what you're trying for relatively quickly.
You could use the magnetic lasso tool to select the area of the image that you want to be in focus and then invert the selection. Create a new layer based on this new inverted selection and have it be on top. Then apply the gaussian blur filter to the entire layer. That should apply an even blur across the entire area you want. you can fool around with the other blur filters too, to see what gives you the best results.
The blur tool is probably not the best option here.
