Description
I know that somewhere out there from long ago, there is a set of old icons which by now are incredibly outdated in both the areas of art style, quality, and the characters.
This set contains nearly all of the characters (exclusions below) in both a .png and .ico file format. All of them match each other, but in the .png folder particularly, some are higher quality and larger than the others. The preview image shows the difference (Nordics were used because the Allies all have the same quality as the Axis). All art is official.

How to change icons varies between computer.Β And by that I mean, just google it or right-click what you want to change and hunt through the options and properties.
Not included:Β Romania, Bulgaria, Kugelmugel, Molossia, Nikoniko, Cyprus, Macao, Ladonia, TRNC, Korea, India, Hutt River, Hesse, Moldova, and the other even more obscure ones.

Did you even read my comment, or did you just see 'is there another post with the missing icon'? I didn't mention at all any of those countries that were listed as not being included, unless you consider one of the three main characters to be obscure?
Just a note too, Japan is in the picture for the post, did you notice that?
Also, thank you for deciding to pick on my comment from more than half a year ago, I couldn't appreciate it more!
(I've no intention of starting an argument with this, by the way, but take it as provocation if you like I guess )

I mean, the problem with that is that every computer has different settings. You should be able to find it if you right click the icon you want to change, no mater what computer or OS you have, but after that it could be anywhere. Try looking under something like a properties menu? That's really the best I can suggest, sorry! You could get more detailed results from a google search if you put in your type of computer and OS.

Okay, so a desktop icon is like an icon for your browsers, programs, etc. Like, for example, you know your recycling bin, right? It has a picture for it by default. It's a picture of a recyling bin (Of course. XD). That picture is a desktop icon. (And don't worry, I didn't know what it was either before. XD) So, hope that kinda helped. Β

Well, the problem is that I didn't draw them myself, I just photoshopped the heads off of official art. If you look on the back of I think volume 4 or 5 on the manga they're the same pictures. So I simply couldn't do characters like Ro or Mol because their pictures didn't exist.
And since I didn't DRAW them, normally I wouldn't post them here but there was nowhere else I could put them up for everyone else to use.

For some reason the first file was corrupted, no matter what I did it wouldn't work DX
