Once upon a time, A powerful devil took over the land from far far away. Every little sorry critters in it were plunged into a world of madness and blood, leaving small pockets of survivors to either cope with the changes or die under its teeth. Ever since the "rewrite" happened, fairy tales never lived happily ever after...

it was a few days after Red Hood, the heroine of our little story recovers after the attack from the Magi-turned white rabbit, what now pesters her is this new girl, Dorothy (who claims to be from Kansas...wherever that is). But she can't push her out of their little team, because Alice wants Dorothy, she wants every survivors to band with them, in hopes of survival itself.

Meanwhile, it was also weeks after Red Hood killed the notorious Mad Hatter, unknowingly forgetting that he was not the only one living in his little home. deep down at the hatter's place, lies an inhumane experiment, finally waking up after days of medication and surgery. The hatter's very own lab rat.

The trio camped for the night; Alice was pretty much impressed of Dorothy, able to survive the infection, fight everything and everyone that went in her way, find resources as well as the information about the Devil who had started it all.

Red felt left out, thrown away and angry, but she pretty much knew that it was her fault. if she was stronger, she would had protected her from that magi of a rabbit, she would had saved her. But no, this stranger came in and took it all. After a quick meal, the three girls prayed their prayers and slept.

The next morning, trails of dead animals halts them. Red knew that this is done by something big and brutal, but little o they know, it was watching them. Dorothy advices them to keep moving, in order to avoid being caught by whatever or whoever did this. After a long trail, they ended up on an old ruins, once a proud structure made by the Queen of hearts, a lighthouse. All that remains was the tower where the guards used to watch for intruders. Thinking they could get a better view of their trail, Dorothy insisted on going up the tower. Red refuses, claiming that she sensed someone is inside it, Dorothy, confident, tags on and went ahead, with Alice following her. Red please her friend to stay, but Alice was confident too, she knew that the Kansas girl's gun can save her.

up there, Dorothy traces the trail and was shocked to find a hulking two-headed monster. As the beast attacked them, Dorothy tries to silence the creature with her gun, but every bullet bounces back, fails to tear the creature's hide. Sh pushes Alice out of the struggle and leads to both Dorothy and the beast tackling down the tower.

Dorothy still tries to puncture the creature, but the same results; bullets bouncing back, hide without dent.

The battle between the gunslinger and the hulk was cut short, when Red sliced the two headed creature almost in half. the creature fixes his attention to the red girl, who vanishes in thin air and reappears behind him to cut off his arm. The limp and lifeless limb plopped down on the dirt, twitching and awaiting vengeance from its owner. The beast roars back and pounds Red, only to miss her by an inch and gets his other hand punctured wide. Tweedle screams in pain, so much pain that he lost notice of the red hooded girl. the next thing he knew, is that sharp warm feeling of a cold steel blade tearing your heart. Red stabs his heart, he knew it.

The giant fell down, bleeding to death and somewhat happy of his end.

At the end, Dorothy, the proud owner of the steel gun, thanks her new comrades and bids them goodbye for now. As Red and Alice camps again for the night, Red asked Alice whether she really like having Dorothy around.

"Yeah, but she could never replace you, Red. You got something she doesn't have." She answers with a smile.
