History:

Birth Island houses uncountable monsters. Most of them are mutated due to the hydrogen bombing during WWII. But somehow Rodan, who speculated had escaped the bombing, shows traits of those of a mutated kaiju. An explanation would probably are those from the events of 1956

The first Rodan raid was during 1956. Two Rodans attacked Japan and wrecked havoc beyond description, as well as neighboring countries. Risks are taken and the use of experimental chemicals are legalized once again for the moment. Prior to the Godzilla attack, Rodan was the second monster to ravage Japan, but military were surprised to find them more vulnerable than Godzilla. One escapes but found dead later on.

Unknown to them, the surviving Rodan laid an egg and remained hidden until 2008. After an initial attack from a colossal kaiju named "Kraken", a breed of mutated mosquitos arrived after feeding on the creature's carcass. The creature's patriarchal queen had laid hundreds of eggs, some were washed ashore to Birth Island. The eggs hatched and attacked some nearby kaijus, Rodan and Godzilla had to cut their fight to defend themselves.

Both kaijus sees this as a holler for challenge and traced the larva back to their queen. Their, the two kaijus teamed up to finish the insect once and for all in a long, blood stained fight.

After that, a year later a Space invader entered Earth and had chosen the Godzilla cells as his sample for mutation. Eventually, the invader became Space Godzilla, Ironically born from the same island Godzilla inhabits. Feeling the threat, monsters around the area tries to fend him off. Rodan was one of them, but eventually lost when Space Godzilla tore a bloody hole on his wing. Soon, after healing the torn wing with the help of !NIGHTjUNK!, a defense team from Japan made up of super natural deviants and psychics, Rodan seeks revenge for Space Godzilla, with Godzilla himself on his side as well as Varan.

After winning the long fight with the invader, Rodan took a peaceful life in Birth Island soon to face another adversary in the future.

Powers and abilities
~supersonic speed
~ can breathe flammable concentrated blasts of air
~ hide tough enough to withstand extreme heat (such as magma or even Godzilla's heat ray)
~ tough bones
~ accelerated healing

(note: unlike the Toho Rodan, Rodan in this world is capable of climbing buildings like that of a bat. He can also fold his wings down to run in all fours when chasing a land bound kaiju.)
