Thanks! yes, it is pierced, But I can't wair it to depot. I've got new jewelery coming in this week, but the original pic I had no face jewelery in. I photoshoped it in.
Basic aging tutorial:
What you will need:
~Photoshop
~Base Image (such as a self portrait in semi vintage garb)
~A texture, preferably a sepia tone, or old paper tone, with dark or light edges.
I used an old paper texture I made some years ago, but a quick web search, or even a search in the stock section on here should turn a pre-made one up.
First, Desaturate your base image (ctrl+shift+u)
Then up both the brightness and contrast (Image-Adjustments-Brighness/Contrast) until it has a slightly overexposed high contrast old-timey look.
Next paste your Paper texture on to your base image, change the blending to "Darker Color" and adjust the opacity down until it looks right (Mine is set at 28%)
Now, copy this layer, and bring the opacity back to 100% and set the Blending to "hard light". this layer will make the washed out looking areas over the image. Pull this layer so it is underneath the "Darker Color" layer.
set your eraser tool to a large-ish soft edged brush and lower its opacity to 20% or so and start erasing the parts you dont want washed out. you may need to play with the opacity of the eraser a bit to get propper blending if you dont have a tablet.
Simple as that, lol.
Let me know if that helped.

The aging effect is very well done.
You aren't on the Brass Goggles Forum by chance, are you?

I'm replying here, because I'm lazy. I think it's the good ol' manly jawline that does it for you.
And, you pull off bad-ass well.
