Bernice Brown just moments ago lorded her managerial superiority over the more humble coworker. The blonde corporate climber had charisma and she used it to smooth talk and flatter her bosses to make her character look better within the company. Her 'friendly face and flattery' did not always show towards her peers and certainly not to the interns. The Bernice TM smile could flipflop into patronizing sneer at a drop.

Bernice 'Brownnose' is the nickname the coworkers she manages under their breaths every time they see her suck up to the bosses.

Informed that a stage hypnotist would be at the corporate retreat, this same group conspired together a plan to get her hypnotized and humiliated in front of her peers and every executive there.

A few drinks, some bribe money and one unscrupulous hypnotist later, a onetime prank spiraled into a trigger phrase being seeded in her mind. Whenever anyone of these office drones utter this secret phrase, Bernice would drop her superiority airs and become utterly subservient to them. She would worship their visage and beg to be commanded.

Theresa's turn to use the trigger after being stuck under Bernice's side all day. Tired of Brown's brownnosing superiors while acting superior to her. The suited worker was tired and being on her feet all day gave her the inspiration that led to the blonde on her knees and tongue cleaning sweaty feet...

I'm not 100% happy with Bernice's current clothes and hairstyle, but I'm justifying in that her character would change her styles a lot if it made an impression to whichever boss she is sucking up to this month.
