THIS IS ONLY MY VERY FIRST CANON OF INFINITE'S MONSTER CLONE BASE FROM SONIC FORCES ( OLD BUT SCREW IT )

In the fight, Sonic fought against Infinite in Mystic Jungle, where there's this one circle obstacle and Sonic has to chase after him. Seconds later, Infinite had the power of the Phantom ruby that makes him look dangerous, in the flight, he has use multiple clones of himself to fool Sonic, which he hit the fake clones until it reaches the real one in charge. Seconds later ( Again ) Infinite was a bit dizzy after his first lost to Sonic, he uses his powers to make Sonic go slow while he use his projectiles to hit him off the path, Sonic falls and Infinite makes his leave to focus his job. Minutes has passed by, and he thought to himself as he continues flying by:

"Hm... I just realized, when I use my clones, they didn't move as I predicted to see, but... what if, I control them and move them differently? I will test by myself."

He thought about it as he summoned one clone, the same as him, even though he was boredom looking at himself but didn't have an option. He checks wisely, the clone was like standing still, not moving, except seeing some glitches around the body, so Infinite begin to practice for a bit, but then later, he look at the clone, like if he was looking at a mirror. he saw the look, the changes, the memories he has remembered before, but him remembering those times, he felt anger, pure hate while having such power increasing higher. Infinite's body begin to go red and freaky, and as the clone, it moves the same as Infinite was doing, shaking his head, going psycho and screaming in pain. Later on, the clone lost the same moves, and begin to flicker, it was glitching more and more, that it lost the momentum to hold such control, Infinite was still in anger, and begin to hit things, like some pillars or rocks around him while he was approaching to Green Hill. He spoke to himself:

"STOP!!! I Don't want to remember back there, why is still there?! WHY?! Ugh- Gr- SHADOW?! WHY YOU- AGHHH!!!"

As he screams for the last time, the clone was now changing more, all it sees is red and black, and making noises from the phantom ruby, which it begins to grow larger. The clone was still growing, but the body itself begin to stretch longer, like some sort of slime, and it goes on. The clone was now enormous, a big head with a big mask like Infinite has, but has eyes on each sides, the hair was now longer, and the body, was now change to some shadow liquid, which the body now has a long neck + spine, and for the arms, it splits to have their own movement. Infinite calms down, but after he look up, he saw the clone of himself, as a "enormous monster" that he has caused. He thought to himself:

"Wha- What's this... creation I just caused? Did- Did I just... make my clone, become a monster? ( . . . ) heh- heheheh- interesting..."

As he laughs a bit, his power changes a bit as for the phantom ruby, it remains the same but still increase his strength a bit while releasing his anger a few minutes ago. Infinite was amazed at his mistake, but he was shocked looking at the monster of himself, which means, he created a monstrous clone of himself through his phantom ruby copy. It was big, taller than a city, stronger than any enemy he knows, but is only an illusion that makes the resistant go confusing. Therefore, Infinite continue to make more clones of himself, and see them change into monsters, which the bad thing is that the clones are not the same as Infinite is, the good thing for him is that he can summoned monsters by the power of the phantom ruby he still gains. He had an idea but he saves it for later to let Eggman know. Now, Infinite has some action to do, to find and eliminate the resistant, and to make Eggman's plan work successfully as plan.

INFO #2:

In Capital City, where the resistant fight back towards Eggman's robots, along with Infinite, he focused between Sonic and Rookie, and at the city, Infinite has released the illusion, the distorted monsters of himself, making the others go crazy and runs away from them, while Infinite makes his leave, the monsters has cause a lot of damages to the buildings, the resistant didn't stand a chance, they fought everything towards the monsters, but they were strong as Infinite thought, so they retreated immediately while the monsters begin to cause destruction by destroying paths and some buildings in Capital City.
In this case, the monster belongs to Infinite, but they only sabotage the path to be blocked or make the heroes fall off, which they tried, but they only tried to progress where they go, as for Infinite, he remains watching. Apparently, he let the monsters do what they are doing, as for him, he went to find Rookie, but the Rookie wanted to find Infinite and make him stop the nonsense he was causing. In addition, it was late to go back, he made that choice, he has lost his squad, he only wants to focus his job, and mostly importantly, he has changed the clones into a monster, so they will be afraid of the one called the "Ultimate Mercenary".
