Description
As Uhura coordinates all of the various active communication channels, Spock tells Kirk that the Klingon ship has been badly damaged. Sulu then informs everyone on the bridge that the enemy ship has been destroyed. As Kirk and Spock discuss the attack, Uhura receives a priority message from Starfleet. She notifies Kirk, "Automatic all-points relay from Starfleet Command, Captain. Code One." Everyone on the bridge recognizes the meaning of that transmission-War with the Klingons.
