This is my prediction for what the shiny form will look like. Do not take this as legit, this is just for fun.This is crazy to consider, given the fact that it's a utility not a Pokemon, but what if you were randomly given a shiny Rotom? That could lead to bragging rights...and shiny hunting for Rotom Pokedex...
