It's been a while since I done a picture of Noir, so here we go.This was just going to be a cell style draw but I though fuck it, I know my backgrounds arn't that exciting but Im mainly playing around with layers and effects here. overall I used 47 layers. and I think almost every effect. I am quite glad I didnt just do a boring no background peice Im quite pleased with the outcome. Oh and I was inspired by :icon JiraachiStar: for her new boots. I think Im finally happy with Noir's costume and design... only taken me 3 years! lol. she has come al long long way since these days ....> ha ha!
So yeah one of Noirs powers arson blast.

Another very nice design that i feel indicates much more in potentials and understanding character development and working digitally. The design, while good, does need a bit more work on however looking back at previous material you have understood and improved a great deal. What i really like about this design is the inclusion of effects such as the fireballs. This little touch spices things up nicely and brings out the real darkness of your character and that she is not to be trifled with.
On the negative side though i feel that some of the shading could have been applied a bit more cleaner rather than scribbled in. A good example of this would be on the shoes with the soft white tones that you've applied, it just feels a little out of place in the design.
