I rarely feel as though I am really allowed to be as wierd as I want here on DA. People generally want eye candy more than anything. Stepping out of the boundaries is rarely appreciated. Well, I got bloody tired of it, and just drew whatever. Not that I consider this high class art, per se. XDSo here is my furself as a high-powered businessman. He's a total crook who just wants money and chainsmokes Cuban cigars. His favorite pasttimes includes driving his employees to insanity, golfing with oil tycoons, and getting evil ideas. As you can see, he's got a number of them.

As for people and appreciation and what you can and can not do; to hell with them. It's your life, your art, your account, and your gallery. Draw whatever the heck you want, and if people give you grief, ignore them or report them (if they actually harass). Don't be an artistic slave to wants/needs and anyone/group. You'll never grow or set your true wants and desires free if you do.

Out of curiosity, have you ever seen the Mau race in the card game The Spoils? This reminded me of it a bit, and, well, *Cough flail*

It's another one of those collectable card game thingies -- but terribly messed up in a good way. The art in it is fantastic, and it's a lot of fun to play (Some friends of mine pulled me in on the beta). For instance, one race in the game (31Fs) speak entirely in "1337 speak", and the "stats" in it are Greed, Obsession, Deceit, Rage, and Eliteism. To say it is off colour would probably be too kind to it.
