living through via cut skin. People might not understand
a verbal explanation of your problems. It's a proof to
everyone, especially to yourself, that these are real.

He cut below dermis (so you can see fat at some parts) and probably hit a smaller vein but
that'd still be no reason to go to hospital if you don't have a problem with the scars and want the cuts to get stitched...

(Btw about the mature rating thing, you can put it on a moderate setting rather than strict and then it won't be R18. I think moderate is like for 15 years and up but I could be wrong. Basically though you won't be limiting your audience as much. I really would suggest doing that though because as beautiful as this drawing is it could be extremely triggering for some people, so putting a filter on it just to let people know it has gore in it could prevent someone from getting hurt.)
