That's because a lot of characters has this kind of hairstyle xD If you check Argentina OC Martin Hernandez you will see he has this hairstyle. Just different ahoge because his ahode is longer and bigger than America's ahoge. Same with my Antarctica OC and his "S" like ahoge.
