I forget, have I ever mentioned how much I hate the translation style of whoever keeps insisting that already-finished FF's need to be suddenly olde-tymey'd up? Carnelian Signet? The Feymarche? I swear if a Manse popped up I would've chucked the DS cart through the wall.

Anyway, most importantly, FF4, in all it's forms, still at least has Rydia in it, and that's a comforting thought that I can practically fall asleep in.

Problem is, it's really hard to get a coherant image of her. Almost every time she's been presented in different art styles, games, remakes, 2d, 3d, etc.. none of it seems to gel together. So I had to make some calls and combine the swimsuitness of 2D sprites, the wide-eyed expressiveness of her old portrait, and the detail of her current CGI model.

Oh and completely ignore her TAY outfit. No cape? What the crap is that?

Anyway, wherever she is it sure is cold. Probably Eblan castle. That place certainly didn't look well insulated. She's either shocked that her outfit still fits, or just surprised that she's gone into labor on Edge's bed, I dunno.

Actually I like that last one. Let's go with that.
