I think you missed one superficial detail. In ME3 you can see hints of Jacks nipples... here they don't exist. Not really a critical detail but I'm of the meticulous type. Phenomenal work otherwise.

Very nice. I've recently done some line art involving Jack and found her tatoos a bitch to draw. Thankfully you can find the designs on google quite easily so the transition to digital should be much easier.
