Normally for my mind, it's Yusuke as of late, but because this was a request and she never stated who she wanted the daddy to be, you can just make your own judgement.

OH GACKT, PLEASE DO! That would make me so happy! I mean, he's on here a little, but with most of them, you can't tell he's pregnant or the art is really bad. It would be awesome to see him as such in your style, because you draw so damn CUTE!!!
Yusuke would make an awesome daddy. If you watch the series and pay attention to how he reacts to kids, you can tell he loves them so much.
