That's a very wonderfully done background that you added to your drawing, it suits Eevee perfectly.
Speaking of Eevee, the shading on his face is cool, now it really match the direction of the light. And his eyes. Oh dear, you made them soo pretty <3 I've nothing else to say about this little guy, he's so great as he's.
Regarding the background, from what I know, it's the kind of surrounding Eevee can be found in. Those little flowers, I dont know if they really exist or not, but they're so delicately drawn, and the white of the petals makes a nice contrats with the dark green of the stems. Moreover, the background, behind Eevee, being blurried, adds to the photograph effect of the drawing (the mountains in the far end shouldn't they be blurry too? Doesn't matter, it looks good anyway and it's not worth it).
