This isn't bad at all, it's pretty well drawn, I see some improvements with lining and such. The things that do stand out that could be improved I think would be the clothing and how it is affected by this sudden "growth" obviously if this were to happen there would be some tears or at least a few small rips depending, threads coming loose.
That belt woulda snapped pretty damn quick. I'm probably being picky with my comment but I am a sucker for realism so if you weren't going for that at all tis cool too. ((like if she is somehow wearing super stretchy pants and shirts)) though I feel if you added some more details in it would add to the picture allot more.

I simply wasnt planning to rip any clother here, even though there's one or two in there, sometimes you just wanna keep the clother on. Or say "they grew with her" or something.
