Wow, this is a god picture! ^_^ Did you do it on paint? It may be a good idea to try save up for a good art program, sometimes they come free when you buy a tablet.
Also, it kinda' looks like his glasses are to small, and his hair isn't long enough..

at first I painted it, and it was REALLY detailed, when I scanned it, it was REALLY crappy so I had to fix it in paint
