Hokay, I've got it in my head that the people of Kalm have a Scottish highlander theme going on, and that is where Reeve's mother hails from. It ties in with the Scottish legend of Cait Sith the faery cat and the heavy accent he was given in AC. I like to imagine Reeve being half Wutainese (from his father's side), which would explain his dark exotic looks.Oh, if you read the 'On The Way To A Smile: Case of Denzel' official sorta fanfic, you'd find out more about Reeve's mother Ruvi.
Gosh there's just something about kilted men that just does it for me...
