09-09-09! Happy Cirno Day!
Guh... I'm kinda late on this one, as September 9th is almost over now. But at least I managed to get a little something in for Cirno's big day
For all the people going "Lolwut who the hell is Cirno and why is today her day?", I'm sorry, but I'm too lazy to explain it all her, so I advise you to go read her article in the Touhou wiki . Basically the number 9 (or ⑨ more specifically) is associated with Cirno because of this screenshot in a Touhou game manual labeling her with a 9. (If you can't read moonspeak, it says "baka" down there in the corresponding text.)
Annnnywho, the "Strongest Day" is now almost over. Just one more century until 09-09-09 comes around again

This looks awesome! I really like the white on blue color scheme (or is it blue on white? 
I've been meaning to say this but I always forget so here it goes: Since you've been using the pen tool I've noticed that you've adopted this interesting technique along the side of the characters face. You can also see it in your Flandre picture. The line work is thicker on the cheek and I've been meaning to say that I like this. I think it looks very nice and it works with your style quite well ^_^

I was wondering when you'd post this, what with the morning journal announcing the day! I am joyed the deadline was very much slain by your making of the time. More related to the art itself, I very much like the universal softness of the blues throughout the piece. Including the nines and the wishes of happiness gave the right character more purpose too, not that you need reason to draw someone like her.
And I have decided this is the only deviation I shall have in my favorites, as this day only coming every century has excited me so, and I think this piece a proper way to remember it by.
