back to anime style! I take a little break in the portrait to work on clothes and pose with my new style of coloring (i only made swimsuit for now, so i didn't train me a lot for clothes x) ). Well, i think i could have made better, especially for the details of the dress, but i wanted to redesign it a little bit, so i didn't put too many details to have a first look on the new design. I'm quite satisfied of the result (especially for the lights of the hair, it's something i've tried to do for 3 years and the course i take finally learnt me!) even if maybe saber's influence is still too much on the dress. The pose is inspired of byleth from Fire Emblem! (good game, you should play it e.e)and the background... well, just a joke with x)

First of all, i really liked you idea about redesigning the dress. It is always good to be opened to new ideas. I really liked the colors too. I think purple and gold fits together very well. One more last thing is that the posture and the facial expression look very good in my opinion :3
About the points those can be improved, the movement looks a little bit stiff. This piece could look a lot better with a dynamic pose. Also I wish you applied color theory in order to make the drawing richer in terms of the colors. The outlines could be a little thicker, or not exist. Showing the edges by using the shadows and light makes great contrast and makes the drawing gain more depth. Another thing is that the hands. It does not look like she is holding. I am aware that hands can be really difficult to draw tho xd (honestly I suck drawing them xd) Lastly, the highlight coming from the characters behind -the one that surrounds- made the drawing look more amateur I think. The background itself is good enough. But of course these are just my opinions xd You do not have to agree with them all!!
Overall, she looks nice :3 Keep up the amazing artwork and hope you have a great dayy :3

ahah, i feel you! me too, i gave up yugi recently for the same reason, and because i was really unlucky to this game whitch just made me ragequit every game i did x) (i was a nekroz and blackwing player until late 2018 
and thank you^^ i kinda suck when it comes to create clothes so, i like to fuse together several parts from different characters to create my own one and i'm glad it looks good in the end! π

wow!!! I'm loving how you are adjusting your new semirealistic style to the anime one!!Β Everything is quite smooth and pleasant to eyes even if you did't train on clothes or put much detail

oh thank you so much! i'm glad you saw the semi realistic style in this drawing, and for the fun fact, i even traced the portrait of iori in semi realistic to draw this face of this one to see how i could switch between semi realistic and manga^^
eheh, i think the new coloring style makes a lot in the general look of the drawing, i put the shadow more wisely and less lights than usual ^^
i only hope i'll be able to keep this style for the next ones and not going back to my former style x)

i hope i'll get it soon, yes! because now when i do the line, i have a strange mix between semi realistic and manga style on the first try and i always have to correct the proportions digitaly x)
