LOL yeah.
I just started to use Photoshop to color only around this year... LOL!!! And I never switched from the mouse (I guess I don't need the tablet, it sounds so optional yet so expensive... I can't even afford to get the cheapest of the cheapest....)
Anyways I'll look forward to that time. I am still a freshman anyway XP

the tablet really helps alot in drawing / painting.. i think its a very good investment to buy one, even if its the cheapest one. 
well, probably u can slowly save ur money for it~ afterall u don need it that urgently right?

Very cool! I personally can't use the pen tool for CRAP. I think you should stick to your normal eye style though.

i love the pleat-y things in her skirt, they're cute, but mabey for next tiem you should use less black in the eyes, and a little more colour

yeah they eyes make it seem amatureish (please don't take any offence by this) but if yo have the file saved in layers it should be an easy fix, and now you know for next time
