(Penguin in The Batman)Hello! Thanks for watching my fan art. This is my first time to submit an art to deviantART. I'm practicing English cuz I love American characters, especially Batman's villains and HTF animals.
Penguin is one of the most favorite villains of mine. Using umbrellas as a weapon is so cool!!! In addition,he looks very cute and has a nice voice in The Batman. I wanna touch his fat body and make him angry.
