This picture has at least four reasons for existence;1) a sort of improvement of an older picture I like: [link]
2) a bonus theme for
3) a pony wearing socks because it is an adorable fad and I'd have done a picture as such even if it hadn't BEEN a theme;
4) (and most importantly) a birthday gift for a good friend of mine.

Thanks. I wanna get really good at actually DRAWING and not just vectoring but with poni it's kinda a thing worth doing I guess, since it makes it look more like a show. But then again, you can also tell with things like the snout that I'm already kinda doing my own thing, like, on purpose, and liking it.

I like how you did the muzzle, it makes her expression and pose work that much more.
Also, vectoring is pretty cool, but it's not the only style present in ponydom.

Well I mean vector makes it look like the SHOW more. I know there are other styles and my personal FAVORITE styles are like furrydinner and john joesco and people who don't use vectors at all (and this one artist I ADORE who just draws things in like digital ink doodles and I wanna find his/her name but ponibooru's SO SLOW and lfksadjflksdajfkl). But for now, it works for me, makes my stuff look a little less bad than it has to as I submit stuff publicly for these events and groups. I still have people here and there, esp on Ponibooru who criticize my work but I still feel like I wanna give it the best shot of being enjoyed by people and getting my 'clever ideas' through with at least a somewhat half-decent 'well done' factor as opposed to having it look like my first few entries in the original ATG (just LOOK at those things!)
And thank you, I love her muzzle here <3 I think most people's problem with this pic (well, the two guys on ponibooru who HAVE problems with it) is that the limbs look kinda weird like that, but really, given pony anatomy, they're completely correct as far as i can tell. If anyone wants to say otherwise, and help me learn, I'd love the input.
