Description
For background painting, I designed environments around a story in which Moses' life takes place in southwestern Germany (Black Forest, Alps). I tried to incorporate stylistic attributes from Samurai Jack and Eyvind Earle.This is the point where Moses has killed someone and leaves his palace for the desert. I think I'm done messing with it andddd I'm going to move forward!

Ooh, good job with the textures! I'm not sure why, but I really love that speckle-y fade between light and shadow in the foreground.
