(2010, July 23) Art Media: #2 pencil lined with gel pen and colored liners, and Koh-I-Noor Progresso Woodless Colored Pencils®Recently bought an Arnold keychain (Finally, the store had stocks
). I've had my Koh-I-Noor pencils for around 2 years I think, and I haven't used it that much. I thought of giving it another shot with Arnold...and this one's a fail 
Because they are pastel colored pencils, I don't know how to really use them. Tried layering but it's quite difficult
