I wouldn't be surprised if there are full-time jobs for this in their world, and qualified applicants would likely be in sore demand.
I can never find many pony pictures that depict them enchanting something, and thy picture, while seemingly simple at first glance, is wonderfully crafted once I looked closer.
Especially the angle-perspective thou chose. Seems as though it would be tricky to get right.
