-Foresight: Like all of his kind, Asher is often subject to prophetic and uncontrolled dreams of the present and future. Sometimes the dreams or visions come in the form of riddles, other times they are true to the event itself. He has no control over these visions and often suffers nightmares.
-Veil of Secrets: Asher can form a smoke-like mist used in the past by his kind to escape the eyes of humans or rogues. The ability is strictly defensive and has no other use other than stealth.
-All-Seeing Eye: Asher is able to pinpoint a Mythos particular weak point. The mark is only visible to his eye and nearly always accurate.

Personality:
Asher is a kind and gentle person, always willing to help or offer a shoulder of comfort. He is extremely family orientated, something that stems from where he was raised. He often views his coworkers or friends as an extension of that family and would do just about anything for them. While he is usually found with a smile on his face, Asher keeps a darker side of himself hidden. It is the side of himself that carries the guilt and weight of his past failures and the side that often marks him a victim of self-hate.

A prime role model for excellent customer service at his job, Asher is good at making people smile despite his own hardships. He dislikes being pitied or treated differently due to his handicap. He also carries a bit of feline curiosity as well as mischievousness thanks to his bloodline. Asher likes to tease, but it is most definitely a sign that he likes the unfortunate receiver.

History/Description:
Asher was born into the largest clan of remaining lynx in North America. Much of his kind had been hunted to extinction during the colonizing of the Americas by European explorers centuries ago. The Dubois line itself can actually trace back lineage of dragon blood that was carried over from France during this period, making the particular family of felines a bit more withdrawn from humans entirely and known for being fiercely defensive of their land. He spent much of his early life in the clan, where he was raised in the old ways and teachings and away from human contact.

When he reached adulthood, Asher decided he would seek out the Sanctum and become a Keeper. He would have been the first of his clan to do so. Training went well, despite the fact that Asher's powers were not truly suited for combat. He was paired with a young Black Shuck by the name of Bastian. The two never really connected, but Asher tried his best to not hold the other back. While Bastian made for a fine Guardian, Asher's own powers qualified him as a Seer. His partner never really saw him as a partner at all, merely someone that was keeping them from being stronger.

Despite the difficulties, and being incredibly homesick, Asher felt he needed to stay. His clan was dying, and he felt almost responsible for keeping them safe. Some time into their C rank promotion, Asher and Bastian were sent after a rogue mark that was supposed to be routine. It was anything but. Asher lost his left leg after it was completely bitten off, and his partner was also seriously injured. It was a miracle another team of higher ranked Keepers had been dispatched to the area, otherwise, Asher was quite certain he would have died that night. He woke several days later in the Sanctum's healing halls and learned that Bastian had disappeared as soon as he was recovered and could not be located.

Without a partner, and without a chance at continuing his duties as a Keeper, Asher was discharged honorably and returned to his family in the forests. He learned to adapt to a prosthetic leg and taught himself to stand on his own once more. It was several years before he decided to move into the realm of humans, taking a job at a cafe, the Crossroads, long owned by his grandmother and known for their Mythos-friendly service. He adapted well enough to life as a human, but there were times he wished things had been different.

Asher currently lives in a small apartment not far from the cafe in Vancouver. He spends most of his time distracted at work, and keeping an eye out for rogues as a Watcher, something he is grateful he can still be of use with. He's known for his gentle nature, and the odd amount of stray cats that like to congregate around his apartment.
