It's great but not very creative. Check the pokemon reference starters and try to make something in the same style. Moreover, you can use a touchpad ( bamboo is great ) and photoshop/gimp. ( it's easiest with those softwares because you can correct an error without messing your drawing. ) But it's not necessary, you can do it with a mouse too, but it's less precise. And try to imagine your own creatures ( your Simblaze looks too much a cat. ) That's all, I guess
