Appearance:
Prim is fairly average in build, height, and overall appearance. She dresses in accordance with the atmosphere of her surrounding and whomever her company at that time is. Aside from that, comfort and self expression have the greatest influence on her sense of style and so she is most often garbed in something that reflects whatever movie or book she's immersed herself in.
Height:
5'3" in human form and 2'2" in pokemon form
Personals
Personality:
+Optimistic/Sociable/Curious/Knowledgeable -Gullible/Intrusive/Stubborn/Self-conscious
Aside from the occasional bought of inferiority, there isn't much that can bring Prim down. There will always be some sort of brighter side of a situation or a redeeming quality in even the worst person. This rather naive outlook can sometimes get her into trouble. Prim's easy trust of others makes her fairly easy to deceive, unless someone is being blatantly obvious.
She always means well when she tries to help others, whether it's with an actual task or just listening to someone vent, but sometimes her eagerness to assist makes her a bit overbearing. Her need to be helpful is somewhat driven by her need to be accepted and a secret fear of being abandoned if she fails to make herself useful.
Prim is also insatiably curious, constantly on the look out for new information, experiences and opportunities to share whatever factoids and anecdotes she's gathered. When she starts talking about something she's enthusiastic about there's really no stopping her.
History:
Prim was first caught by a young trainer in the Sinnoh Region. For nearly a year she traveled and trained with her human companion and during that time the two grew to be nearly inseparable. For a time nothing felt impossible and with each battle her strength and the bond between the two grew. Sadly, during their battle against the Canalave gym leader, Prim took a powerful blow to the shoulder that left permanent damage. After a few months of rehabilitation she was eager to get back to training but it quickly became apparent that her injury was holding her back. Prim would just have to be content with an early retirement.
She became a sort of house pet. Her trainer would leave that morning to work at the part time job she'd picked up while Prim was training, return sometime later to spend time with Prim, and then sleep. This went on for several months until the human decided it was high time to get back into battling. Prim, with no one to care for her in her trainer's absence, was left in the PC.
It seemed an eternity before she was let out again. Prim was eager to see the face of her partner again. However, as she opened her eyes, she wasn't greeted by the sight of the sparsely furnished apartment. Instead, she was surrounded by the strange scents and foliage of an unfamiliar clearing. Confusion and then a moment later despair flooded through as she realized what had occurred. Prim had been released. It took several days of grappling with the truth before she finally decided that it was about time she moved on. Dwelling on what had occurred wouldn't bring her peace and so she began traveling from region to region with no real destination in mind. Eventually she stumbled upon the Kalos region and through the assistance of the Ursa Ring settled into a small apartment and shortly after received a dittech. In the beginning she focused solely on writing, mainly science fiction chapter books for adolescents, as a source of income but after growing more comfortable with her human form Prim began teaching swimming lessons to help support herself while in the midst of working on the newest books. Still, her path to "humanity" wasn't all calm waters and sunny shores. All the time Prim spent with her trainer had given her the opportunity to come to an understanding of the basics of human culture. However, she struggled heavily with her instincts and habits that, while they were perfectly acceptable for a buizel, weren't suitable for a human. Whether it was forcing herself to not communicate openly with pokemon without dittechs, and so alerting the surrounding humans that she understood their language far better than any human should, or something as simple as remembering that trying to swim in the fountain is generally frowned upon.
Now, around seven after moving in, Prim Jade has merged seamlessly into the human/pokehuman community that is quickly becomingly like home to her.

Extras:
-Prim's trainer was rather eccentric when it came to how she named her pokemon. Prim is short for Optimus Prime, though hardly anyone ever referred to her by her full name.
-The pendant around her neck is actually Mystic Water.
-Even in human form Prim is a strong swimmer but her abilities are still hampered by the other ligament injury in her shoulder.

Prim Jade winced as the familiar ache in her left shoulder flared up again and careful placed the heavy box on the floor. The pain dulled steadily now that the burden was gone and there was no stopping the grin on her face as she took in her surrounding. The apartment was small and the furniture that filled it was cheap. The air still held the smell of cigarette smoke from its previous occupant along with another musty odor that she couldn't decipher. However, this was home. The joy of belonging somewhere easily overpowered whatever disgust she might have felt if her situation had been different. Besides, she had too much to do to be bothered by strange scents and filth. Things would only get better from here on out.
