You just brought me an awesome idea, I mean sion is a zombie with barely any will that died a looong time ago in the lore, he wont be found drinking, but having sion as undead fight for noxus against the shadow isle undead, that could be cool and pretty fun to imagine how the shadow isle will respond to it :3
