This is overall, an excellent piece in every aspect of it's composition.
The Background is nicely done, providing an excellent ambient to the overall theme of the Image, and a realistic setting which adds to the feeling of the picture.
The actual character is great, you put in her a great amount of detail, and it added a nice touch.
However, I must correct you on one little thing. (but I do feel improper saying this, don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put anyone down or insult them...)
The lighting on your character is, from my point of view, a little bit off. Judging from the location of the moon, and no other obvious sources of light, It seems that you put in too much light, and the directionality of the moon to the location of the light to her body also seems off. If the only light source is the moon, then there would me more shadows, and not as much light, because the moon by itself in not that brilliant.
Aside from that, there really is nothing more that seems off, it is a very nicely constructed image.

Well, the extra light could be reflected off the knife she's holding, not to mention that according to the clock it's around midnight and that the sun is close to rising. So frankly, the lighting is fairly accurate. Btw, the character kinda reminds me of one of my OCs for FMA. Great work!

I believe that this is a very well done piece. The things that pop out to me are the girl's scarf, the bird, and then the moon. Which is amazing.
ON a side note, I find the weapon she is holding is a bit distracting, as I noticed that with those hook-like things on the side, it'd make it kinda hard to sheath and unsheathe it. Unless that scabbard is meant for a different weapon, or those hooks belong to something else.

I'm no expert in this, and I don't feel like I should be crituque-ing your work (since I can barely do something close to this), but the hand that she is holding on the ground, it's wrist is kinda...thick? On the bright side, there are so many details in her hair, the moon, and the bird's feathers, that this doesn't even count. Seriously, I never would have noticed this if I hadn't read the descript where you were asking for critique and searched the whole drawing to find what I could say...

the color choise is amazing and the markings on the moon are strictly detailed. the only real bad thing that i have to say about it is that the transition from the clouds to the stars in the night sky was a bit too abrupt. the shading was expertly done though!
