Eeeh... The face-shape is a bit strange, the eyes are in different places in regard to eachother, and the background is really dull.
I know i'm pretty critical of my own works...

Well I think the relatively strange (but anatomically completely correct) facial shape gives her a lot of character and the eyes don't feel wrong to me. And I actually think that kind of misty background makes it feel mysterious.
