Ratigan is the 4th and final villain that I drew 18.5 years ago. I do intend to draw more villains (and possibly some of the other characters.) Unfortunately two of my copics started leaking and created a mess with the grey and skintones I was using for his face and kinda ruined it a bit.

Edited: I drew backgrounds for my drawings because plain white didn't look very good to me. The backgrounds were drawn separately and then the drawings were cut out in photoshop and placed on top their backgrounds.

I used: Pencil, Pigma brush pen in black, and copic markers.
