Nope. Did the dots by hand. The white splatter, I just covered him a bit with a piece of copy paper.

is that an overlay? or did you like, mask that off? in order to do that without the inkspots bleeding through to the character art would be a task and a half! but it appears to be a border around the boba fett, is why I ask.
