Thanks! It's kinda sad though, this pose/theme/iconic imagery is overused when it comes to FF8. I guess that means it's a very well defined piece of work.

Well, I haven't played FF12 yet... I've been thinking about drawing an FF11 Mithra, but haven't really felt the inspiration. I drew Lulu from FF10 in a swimsuit, no one in FF9 really interests me, and this is my first FF fanart in ages.
Though, I did get FF:CC-My Life as King for Wii... and Chime is REALLY cute. I'm waiting for the release of her summer outfit to do some fanart.

I actually watched the intro and tried to match the fonts as best I could when I realized each font represented a different person talking. I can't figure which one is Squall and which one is Rinoa. Something tells me the serif font is Rinoa though... she seems more elegant.

To be honest, i can't say i ever noticed a difference in the fonts even when i played the game, but there must be when you think of it since there are two people talking

Really? Me, it's all I ever can do to work in something other than straight pencil-and-paper media (I'll break out of the mold one of these days). I would think all those little effects you use when you do the photo-manipulations take a lot of time to get just right in Photoshop or whatever software you go with.
Maybe, though, it's just a matter of having become more deeply accustomed to it? I could see that happening with practically any medium.

This scene's quite famous throughout gaming and FF history, so far as I think so. Nice job on the "cute" version of it!
I loved the intro sequence where this clip plays to an operatic soundtrack (God help me, I never found it's name!). FF8's also one of my favorites because it's the first one I played (no access to previous ones or associated game systems, and I thought the graphics kinda sucked.).

Not at all - I appreciate all the help I can get. However, someone told me it was something like "Sephiroth's (something)" from FF7 redone, so I never did find the actual title; this seemed to be true when I did manage to download it - the title was a match, but the songs themselves were totally different - unless it was titled "Final Fantasy VIII Theme" or something basic.
